It is with great pleasure that we are able to announce that our Before and After School Care service will commence at the beginning of Term 2, 2023.


As we are still awaiting CCS registration with Centrelink to be finalised (this can take several weeks, but is well underway from our end) we are unable to claim rebates from Centrelink at this time.  However, to ensure that fees are not restrictive or prohibitive to students attending, we have a set fee for all students attending.  We will advise parents when our CCS registration has been finalised and we will be able to apply each family’s individual CCS after that time.


In the interim, we have set our fees for Before School Care at a very reasonable $5 per session per child and for After School Care at $7 per session per child.  Fees will be invoiced weekly and can be paid via direct deposit into the school bank account or at the school office.  We will not be utilising direct debit at this time.


We are delighted to announce our Educators are Michelle Moran and Chloe Biddle.  Families who have been attending the OSHC program at Bayswater West PS during Term 1 will be very familiar with Michelle and Chloe.  Michelle and Chloe are employed as Integration Aides at Bayswater PS so many families and all students will already know them.  Michelle has been on staff for 15 years and Chloe is in her second year with us.


We are extremely confident in their abilities and know that they will run an exceptional OSHC program.  They can be contacted on the OSHC mobile number 0409 320 237 if you need to contact them urgently regarding bookings.


Please see instructions below on how to enrol your child/children into our OSHC program and to download the Home app that you will need on your phone for booking your child into before and/or after school care sessions.  All bookings must be done through the app, not via the office.

Please use the following link to our Online Enrolment form which you can complete and will be submitted to our service. Please input the 24/04/2023 as the intended start date on the enrolment form as this is the date we will start using the Xplor software.

As part of enrolling at our service you will have access to some amazing features through our Home App. The communication below is going to provide information about how to set up your Xplor account and how to use key features via our Home App. 


Once you have completed the enrolment form for our service, you will then automatically receive an email from Xplor, welcoming you to our service and providing you with a ‘Create Account’ link.  

  • Please use this link to set a password, pin and enter your mobile number
  • If you haven’t received this email yet, please be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders and search for ‘Xplor’ in your inbox, or go to and select ‘Forgot Password?’ 

Once you have set up your Xplor credentials, you can then go to your nominated app store to search for and download the Xplor Home app.

The Home parent app will allow you to sign your child in and out on the HUB and access key observations from your child’s time in care.  


You may also choose to invite ‘Contacts’ for family members and friends to sign your children in and out of care. To do this, click the ‘Account’ menu on the bottom tab. Select :Contacts’, The select the + sign in the top right corner to send an email invitation.  


They will then receive an email to join Xplor where they must follow, the same HUB registration steps to create their Xplor password and Set their pin.
