COOKING WITH SCIENCE

What did you learn about science and what principle did you  investigate?

Did the sausages weigh more when they were cooked or not cooked? we thought that the sausages were going to be heavier before they were cooked because when they were cooking all the fat would cook out of them. Did the eggs weigh more when they were cooked or when they were not cooked? We thought they would weigh more when they were not cooked because before they were not cooked they had the shell on them and they had liquid inside them.
