500g chicken 2 cloves garlic 1/2 red pepper 1/2 green pepper 2 chicken stock cubes 1 500 g pack of noodles 1 cup water 2 sticks celery 100g cashews 2 carrots 1 bok choy 2 onions 2cm ginger 2 spring onions 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 can water chestnuts |

1. Wash and chop all ingredients. 2. Measure liquids. 3. Pre heat wok. 4. Fry onions, garlic, ginger. 5. Brown chicken. 6. Add noodles to boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes. 7. Remove chicken mixture from the wok. 8. Add vegetables and stock to wok. 9. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. 10. Add noodles and chicken mixture to wok. 11. Reheat and serve. Decorate with cashews.
